I am a mental health counsellor with over six years of professional experience, including four years as an addiction and mental health case manager and two years in social work practice. I have provided counselling services in community and clinical settings, conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments and supporting clients with complex mental health and psychosocial needs.
My areas of expertise include substance use and addiction treatment, anxiety and depressive disorders, stress management, suicide risk assessment, and emotion regulation. I specialize in DBT-informed interventions, mindfulness-based approaches, and growth-oriented frameworks to support habit change, relationship boundary setting, and life goal development. I also have clinical experience working with children and adolescents, including ADHD and childhood depression, as well as providing counselling for relational challenges and overall mental health stabilization.
