I am Pooja Singh, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist dedicated
to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and
enhance emotional well-being. My approach blends compassion, cultural
sensitivity, and evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and
trauma-informed care.
I work with individuals, couples, and parents to address issues like stress,
anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and parenting
challenges. I also provide specialized support for new moms adjusting to
parenthood and newcomers adapting to a new culture and environment.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard,
understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Together, we focus on building clarity, resilience, and practical coping
strategies that can be applied beyond the therapy room.
